Hi, I’m Donna — a careers education specialist with a passion for helping people discover what’s possible for them. I hold a Level 6 qualification in Careers Guidance and a Level 7 in Careers Leadership, and I’m driven by the belief that with the right support, everyone can find a path that suits their strengths and ambitions.

I’ve worked extensively with and in special educational needs (SEN) schools and colleges, where I’ve developed inclusive careers curriculums, facilitated meaningful work experience placements, and led supported internship programmes. I’ve also supported individuals facing health challenges or disabilities as they navigate their return to employment — helping them rebuild confidence and rediscover their potential.

What I love most is empowering people to realise their strengths and embrace opportunities for growth.
